LUCY RITTER

A New York/New Jersey native, Lucy’s love for drums was inspired by the thriving music scene she witnessed growing up. Lucy began playing at just 9 years old and was offered her first professional gig by 14. She attended the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University for three years before leaving for her first professional tour: An Officer and a Gentleman. Amidst the tour, she was offered to play drums for the grammy award winning musical, Jagged Little Pill.

After a year with the touring production, Lucy decided it was time for her to go after her dream: playing drums for major label artists. She moved to Los Angeles, and joined Chappell Roan’s band within a week of arrival. She has now toured North America, Europe, and Australia with Chappell Roan.

2024 has been an exciting year for Lucy, playing bucket list shows like NPR Tiny Desk, Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Colbert, Coachella, Governors Ball, Boston Calling, opening for Olivia Rodrigo’s GUTS Tour, and much more. Follow Lucy on social to keep up with her busy schedule. Lucy thanks her family and friends for their endless support.
